This class is for beginners on the piano. No experience needed! Students will explore the fundamentals of piano such as finger numbers, the music alphabet, and basic rhythms. Students will learn new songs and have the opportunity to perform for their peers during class.
Marie Vavro is an accomplished vocalist, pianist, and educator with a Bachelor of Science in Music from the University of Michigan. Her performance résumé includes appearances with the Michigan Opera Theater and solo engagements across several European countries, showcasing her versatility and artistry on international stages. As a dynamic and passionate musician, Marie is deeply committed to inspiring and empowering the next generation of artists. She teaches piano and voice to students of all ages, with a global studio that spans North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Her students have gone on to win prestigious scholarships and pursue advanced studies in music.
