Kate Falck

Kate Falck first became involved in early childhood music through the Early Childhood Music Program at the MSU Community Music School. She taught classes for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary schoolers there after studying early childhood music with Dr. Cindy Taggart, the current president of the Gordon Institute of Music Learning. Kate is so excited to bring her passion for early childhood music to Jackson CMS!

In 2019, Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree from Michigan State. She student-taught at Grand Ledge Public Schools, splitting her time between teaching high school band and elementary general music. She currently teaches elementary general music in Mason Public Schools for grades 1-5 and continues teaching early childhood music classes and assisting with marching band whenever possible. In her free time, Kate enjoys rock climbing, going on walks, reading, and playing flute and piano.
